- Provides preflight consultation, route analysis, worldwide operational services arrangements and coordination for corporate business jets and government VIP flight departments.
- Services include securing flight clearances, ground handling arrangements, contract fuel arrangements, customs notifications, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, flight planning and credit facilities.
- Develop an understanding of international trip support processes and procedures.
- Operate various windows based computer applications with a focus on a web-based proprietary Flight Manager software program listing total flight status details and follow up requirements including client review.
- Request and secure landing/over flight approvals, airport landing slots from aviation authorities and service representatives.
- Arrange ground handling/supervisory services, crew hotel accommodations, ground transportation, catering, customs and other miscellaneous client requirements through service representatives and related vendors.
- Preparation and delivery of E-APIS notification to US and Caribbean airport customs/immigration authorities.
- Request and secure passenger and flight crew ramp access coordinated through a service representative.
- Respond to service representatives and aviation authorities quickly and efficiently.
- Develop an understanding of international route planning with a focus on Jeppesen publications.
- Understand the pace of operations is driven by customer requests and greater action is required at peak times.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- High School education AND one of the following:
- completion of a FAA certified dispatch course OR
- FAA Dispatcher License OR
- Equivalent military training in flight operations
- In absence of this, applicants may be trained on the job
