Job Applications and Communications. When you apply for a position through the Platform or communicate with an employer or recruiter via our messaging features, we collect and store the content of those applications and messages.
Support Requests and Correspondence. When you contact our customer support team, we collect the information you provide in your inquiry, including your name, email address, and any supporting documentation you submit.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or interact with the Platform, we and our technology partners automatically collect certain technical and behavioral information, including:

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or adjusting your account notification preferences.
Personalization. To tailor the content, job recommendations, and advertising you see on the Platform based on your profile, behavior, and inferred interests.
Security and Fraud Prevention. To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity, including fake job postings, credential misrepresentation, and account compromise.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6.1 With Employers and Recruiters

The core purpose of the Platform is to connect aviation job seekers with employers and recruiters. Accordingly:

When you apply for a position, your profile, resume, and application materials are shared with the employer or recruiter who posted that position.
When you set your profile to “Searchable” or “Open to Opportunities,” your profile information (excluding your contact details, unless you choose to display them) becomes discoverable by employers and recruiters who have registered accounts on the Platform.
You may set your profile to “Private” at any time through your account settings, which will prevent employers from discovering your profile through search. Private profiles are still visible to employers when you proactively apply to their posted positions.

6.2 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. These service providers have access to personal information only as necessary to perform their functions and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. All service providers are bound by written data processing agreements consistent with applicable law. Categories of service providers include:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
Payment processors (who handle billing information on our behalf using PCI-DSS compliant systems)
Transactional and marketing email delivery services
Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
Background check and credential verification providers (engaged only with your prior consent)

6.3 Business Transfers

Upon the expiration of the applicable retention period, we will either securely delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal information.

8. Security

10. Children’s Privacy

12. International Data Transfers
